Our service is made up of 4 key steps:

1. Knowing you

We want our relationships with clients to be long-lasting and fruitful ones.  That is why we refuse to do business with any individual or company until we have sat down and discussed in person their requirements and long-term goals.  It also gives you an opportunity to get to know us, ask any questions you may have, and find out exactly how we work to get the best outcome for all parties.

2. Knowing our market

After getting to grips with all of your needs, we are then in a position to use our extensive network of contacts from around the world to provide you with a short list of options for you to select from.  Each one would fit the requirements of our initial consultation, and we can run you through the pros and cons associated with each deal.  We can also offer advice and provide you with which deal(s) we would proceed with and why.

3. Negotiating the transaction

Once you have selected your options, we conduct all of the negotiations on your behalf, and use our contacts and economies of scale to ensure that the deal struck is as beneficial to you as possible.

4. Completing your deal

Upon finalising any purchase or contract, we liaise with all necessary stakeholders (e.g. solicitors, lenders and agents) to ensure that the completion process runs smoothly and efficiently.
